The role will involve working closely with nationally recognised Partners and will deal with a range of corporate work including, but not limited to:
- Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Corporate restructuring.
- Joint Ventures.
- Private Equity.
- Company sales.
Role requirements:
- 6 yrs+ PQE.
- Excellent client relationship building skills with both existing and new clients.
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiastic involvement in business development including networking events.
- Proven track record of training and mentoring a team.
Hybrid working is offered for this opportunity.
