We are currently working with a local business in Reigate who are expanding within their administration team so are looking for a positive and detail orientated individual to join the business. This opportunity would suit a college leaver or trainee who is looking to progress a career in the property industry. Job description

  • Responsible for being the first point of contact for all incoming calls and providing an excellent standard of service.
  • Managing client cases including uploading compliance and uploading documents efficiently.
  • Working in a fun and busy team to achieve daily goals.
  • Recording all company information into the system accurately with attention to detail being applied at all times.
  • Working on busy contract projects and fulfilling on deadlines.
  • Sending out information packs to contractors and following up with information.
