Job Overview:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator - Navcom to support our Senior Project Manager in delivering NAVCOM installation projects. As part of an international organization at the cutting edge of technology, you’ll play a key role in coordinating projects that are critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in bid activities and pre-sale tasks, including costings and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, field service engineers, and logistics, to ensure project success.
  • Ensure seamless communication across all project teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the project through proactive problem-solving and a customer-focused approach.

What we’re looking for:

  • A solid educational background.
  • Experience in maritime electronic installation projects or engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
  • Experience in one or more of the following is essential: Radar, Navigation, GMDSS, Satellite Communications, ECDIS, AIS, UHF/VHF radio systems, or PABX/PAGA.
  • Eligibility for SC Security clearance.
