Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to assist with their administration within their lively and vibrant environment.
This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and in a calm manner with the team and clients.
The role will include answering customers questions, processing orders, handling customer queries, collaborating with other departments, taking ownership of customer issues and building customer relationships. You will provide customer support, track customer jobs and schedule and update as required. You will also document customer interactions accurately onto the system.
Skills
This role requires someone who has exceptional organisational, scheduling and time management skills. You will have strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong IT skills required including Outlook, Word & Excel and you will have strong admin, organisational and data entry skills. The ideal candidate will also have superb problem solving skills and experience within an Engineering/Manufacturing business within an Order Processing or Scheduling position would suit.
This is a full time and office based role (NO HYBRID WORK)
