Planning CoordinatorI am seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join one of my clients in Reigate as a Planning Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project schedules, ensuring timelines are met, managing communications, and supporting the smooth execution of ongoing projects.The company fosters a relaxed and supportive work environment where collaboration and teamwork are key.Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate project timelines and appointments
  • Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain and update project schedules and records
  • Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project alignment
  • Assist in resource planning and coordination
  • Manage general office tasks related to project coordination (emails, calls, data entry)

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive, team-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment
  • Must be comfortable with dogs, as there are 3 onsite
