Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Technical Product Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll utilize your technical degree and commercial insight to transform advanced technology into attractive product offerings. Collaborating closely with our Technical and Commercial Product Managers, you will support the development and communication of innovative solutions, ensuring our sales teams and customers are well-informed about our diverse range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce customer-centric materials, including brochures, user guides, and technical documents.
  • Work with the Marketing Communications Manager to create up-to-date marketing collateral.
  • Assist in launching new products and services, contributing to the preparation of necessary documentation and internal processes.
  • Drive the introduction of new offerings across various departments by gathering market requirements and establishing effective positioning.
  • Support sales efforts by participating in customer meetings, demonstrations, and events.
  • Capture requirements for internal and external software development projects.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales and support teams, ensuring all departments are aligned.
  • Perform competitor analysis to inform strategy and external communications.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • A degree in a technology-related field.
  • Solid understanding of IP networking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional, flexible approach to work.
  • Experience in requirements capture and application.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and capable of multitasking.
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to travel occasionally.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with modern IT systems.
  • Exposure to operating systems (Linux, Windows).
