Planning Coordinator

I am seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join one of my clients in Reigate as a Planning Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project schedules, ensuring timelines are met, managing communications, and supporting the smooth execution of ongoing projects.

The company fosters a relaxed and supportive work environment where collaboration and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate project timelines and appointments
  • Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain and update project schedules and records
  • Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project alignment
  • Assist in resource planning and coordination
  • Manage general office tasks related to project coordination (emails, calls, data entry)

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
