This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, is looking to recruit a driven and outstanding individual who is able to produce exceptional results and focus on the growth of the Reigate office.

You will manage the residential sales team, ensuring that sales targets and values are met by motivating the team, and developing strong relationships with all stakeholders in order to build on the existing success of the office. It will be down to you to set the working practice standards for your team and ensure you and they are up-to-date with all related legislation and follow procedures.

In addition to winning business and managing a team of negotiators as well as a coordinator, all of different levels of experience, it will be your responsibility to ensure in the office is the market leading business in the area. Therefore, you will have recent experience within a similar role and be a local expert with experience of working or living in the local area. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

Responsibilities will include:

• Driving the expansion of the department• Being aware of future opportunities that will enable the office to continue to develop• Carrying out property valuations and listing of properties• Maintaining and developing the branches business plan• Promoting and maintaining internal relations with all other divisions within the company• Maximising marketing and PR opportunities• Efficient and timely communication with clients and colleagues• Leading and supporting your team, including monthly 1-2-1’s, career development and performance management• Producing and regularly updating relevant reports recording the performance of the department• Representing the office at management meetings• Working with HR recruiting new staff, staff grievances, sickness etc.• Keeping abreast of national issues and their impact on your office/the business.

This fantastic opportunity will provide an attractive basic salary of up to £60,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £100,000 to £150,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus! A generous car allowance will also be provided.
