- In this varied and interesting role you will be involved in the lettings and sales of high quality properties in Surbiton
- On target earnings of £30,000 pa in the first year, consists of a basic salary of £20,000 pa plus great commission structure
- Full training from this professional property team, established for many years in the Surrey property market, known for their exceptional service complying to all the latest property regulations
- Great career potential at this company that manages many local properties
- You must have a UK driving licence
- Please note you will need to work every Saturdays with a day off for each week- hence only a five day working week
As Estate Agent in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full processes selling properties.
Initially, you will be:
- Marketing potential properties to sell
- Registering client details and requirements
- Learning the legal processes to sell properties
- Getting out of the office conducting property viewings on properties in the Reigate area
After full training you will also:
- Negotiate offers liaising between prospective clients and the property owners
- Follow the whole sales processes through to completion ensuring properties are successfully sold in line with the latest legislation
- Enjoy the satisfaction of successful transactions and the financial rewards of this role
Candidates should:
- Have an interest in property and be keen to provide the best possible customer experience that their team pride themselves on
- Possess excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
- Hold a UK driving licence
- Live within easy driving distance of Reigate
- Be accurate, numerate and have good attention to detail
- Ideally have good local knowledge of Reigate or the surrounding areas but this is not essential
