- As a Junior Property Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing reports, invoices, and inspections using bespoke systems.
- Diary management for external employees.
- Inputting data into the company CRM system.
- Assisting with the management of vacant and tenanted properties.
- Instructing tradespeople nationwide to carry out necessary repairs.
- Liaising with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and resolution.
- Demonstrates high accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
