The Role
  • As a Junior Property Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing reports, invoices, and inspections using bespoke systems.
  • Diary management for external employees.
  • Inputting data into the company CRM system.
  • Assisting with the management of vacant and tenanted properties.
  • Instructing tradespeople nationwide to carry out necessary repairs.
  • Liaising with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and resolution.
