Trainee/Maintenance Co-Ordinator (Property)

Location: Reigate

Salary: £23k - £28k (DOE) + Company benefits

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30 (office based)

Do you have a genuine passion for the property industry, and want to progress your career within a professional and proactive property company within property maintenance management?

Perhaps you have had some exposure to the lettings industry and want to pursue a career within property management? If so, I have a unique opportunity to join my clients Property Management department, where you will look after and assist with large portfolios of properties with their maintenance and property management needs.

Ideally you will already have had exposure within the property sector, have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing vacant and tenanted properties.
  • Dealing with incoming calls dealing with any maintenance issues.
  • Liasing and instructing various tradesmen to carry out necessary repairs.
  • Corresponding with clients, tenants and contractors.
  • Processing reports.
  • Checking and processing invoices.
  • Gaining quotations.
  • Working to service level agreements and company goals.
  • Updating the inhouse CRM system accurately.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Ideally live locally in Reigate and have good geographical knowledge
  • Great telephone manner with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ideally a background within property, lettings of have a genuine passion to do so.

  • Personable and hands on approach with a "can do" attitude.
