Catering Recruitment Consultant (No recruitment experience required)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Catering Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the catering industry to understand their staffing needs and company culture.
  • Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for specific catering roles.
  • Job Matching: Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the catering sector to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to placement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a catering environment the recruitment can be taught! This could really suit an ex-chef looking to break into recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the catering industry, including roles such as chefs, servers, event planners, and kitchen staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self motivator and desire to succeed
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
