Accounts Assistant
Reigate - Hybrid working available
Permanent, full time
£28,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience
I'm partnering with a growing business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming small finance team. Within this varied role, you will take ownership of the Purchase Ledger, whilst learning payroll, eventually taking on the full responsibility.
Duties & responsibilities:

Posting Supplier Invoices, ensuring that invoices are processed, approved and coded in a timely fashion

Generate reports and analysis for management review

Collating the appropriate information for Payroll and completing the payroll file to send to Accountants for processing

Taking ownership of all employee payroll queries, making amendments where needed

Raising PO's and taking ownership of all PO queries
To be successful in this role, you would have worked in a busy role where you were dealing with a high level of processing and be able to work on your own initiative. If you're a Finance Assistant who likes variation, or you are an Accounts Payable Administrator whose seeking a new challenge and would like to learn new areas like payroll, this is the job for you!
