This role involves being able to support students both academically, as well as with mentorship. You will play a pivotal role in supporting students in raising attainment and boosting confidence!

MILK Education are working in partnership with an Specialist setting in Reigate who are currently recruiting for a School Behaviour Mentor to support students in an all through SEMH Primary and Secondary school. There are 2 positions available, 1 at their Primary site and 1 at their Secondary. You must be able to demonstrate a level of flexibility of working across KS1-KS2 or KS3-KS4, supporting students with SEMH. You will be required to assist with the delivery of daily lessons and supporting students on a 1:1 and small groups basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge and has the attitude of ''Everyday is a fresh start'' As a key support member in the students day to day routine, you must be a confident individual and positive role model who is able to actively listen and support students with both learning and mentoring.
This is a full time position to start immediately - 8:30-16:00.
Key responsibilities as a Behaviour Support Assistant:
- Provide guidance and support to individuals in a mentoring relationship
- Help mentees set and achieve personal and professional goals
- Offer advice and share personal experiences to assist mentees in their development
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for mentees to learn and grow
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to mentees
- Collaborate with other mentors and program coordinators to ensure the success of the mentoring program
About you as a Behaviour Support Assistant:
- Previous experience in a mentoring or coaching role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with mentees
- Knowledge of the industry or field relevant to the mentee's goals
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed
