Our client is a startup building decentralised autonomous organisations on the ICP blockchain. They believe the future of our web based services is more equitable, decentralised using this new exciting technology.
The Role
This is a full-time remote role for a backend developer to work across all company products. The successful candidate will be skilled at designing reusable, scalable and clean code that functions efficiently within the constraints of our tech stack. The successful candidate will be proficient in translating the requirements of an application’s domain into an understandable and relatable code base using their ability to understand a domain in detail. They successful candidate will follow best practices to ensure seamless collaboration with frontend developers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Motoko / Rust
- Knowledge of domain driven design, object calisthenics and other clean code techniques
- Ability to design efficient algorithms to translate and manipulate data
- Understanding of Git version control and web performance optimisation strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and excellent communication skills
