?? Cloud & Infrastructure Delivery - Implement and manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud solutions for educational institutions.?? Project Management - Collaborate with school staff and IT teams to scope, design, and execute IT projects, including network upgrades, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity enhancements.?? Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide expert 2nd/3rd line support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across multiple sites.?? Cybersecurity & Compliance - Implement best practices for firewalls, web filtering, data protection, and recovery to keep educational environments secure.?? Training & Documentation - Educate school staff on new technologies, IT security, and best practices, while maintaining clear documentation.What You Need to Succeed

? Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure - Full-stack implementation, delivery, and management experience is a must!

? Proven experience in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Cloud Infrastructure.

? Knowledge of networking, VLAN, routing, firewalls, and connectivity solutions.

? Experience with MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune, Google MDM).

? Vitalisation experience - VMware, Hyper-V, SAN, iSCSI, HA configuration.

? A problem-solving mindset with the ability to support a range of IT infrastructure challenges.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

? Educational sector experience - Understanding of school IT environments is a big plusDesirable Certifications
