We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and enhancing the educational experience of students. This role involves working with diverse groups of learners, including those in special education settings, and requires a blend of academic knowledge and practical teaching skills.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the varying needs of students, including those requiring special education support.
  • Utilise effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • SEND Education, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other educators and specialists, including speech therapists, to create comprehensive educational plans for students.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay updated with educational trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.

Experience

  • QTS
  • Experience preferred of teaching SEND, however, mainstream applications welcome
  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
