You’ll be part of a great team that support the Advisors, in all their administration needs.

There will be:

  • Lots of client contact – mainly over the phone and email, but some face to face as well, as their clients enjoy the more family feel service this client provides.
  • Appointment and meeting organisation – so you’ll need to be happy juggling diaries for colleagues and clients alike.
  • A need to collate all information for meetings, presenting professional and client friendly portfolio information and details.
  • The chance to get involved in projects that crop up from time to time.
  • Real team working - they regularly all pull together to support each other to get deadlines and client requests met.
  • Fully supported route towards professional qualifications – fully funded study and exams in whatever direction you may want to move in.
  • Full training programme with Operations Manager and wider team.

Details & benefits:

  • £25,000 to £35,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
  • Hours are 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working introduced after settling in period of 3 months)
  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays + Birthday
