General Catering Assistant

Class 1 Personnel are working with a national client to recruit General Catering Assistant to work in Woodbridge Suffolk for their education sites in the county. This is an excellent opportunity for a General Assistant to work in a stable environment with a strong reputation for delivering great food.

The role
As a General Assistant, you will be responsible for all aspects of service, including assistant staff with Kitchen duties and Front of House Service

Main job entails:
* Assist Kitchen with food preparation.
* Service to the highest standard.
* Working Front of House as needed, interacting with customers
* Serving and clearing tables
* Maintain work area cleanliness

Key skills:
* A confident, self-motivated, and driven person.
* Maintain high standards for customer service.
* Ideally experience in working in a busy kitchen

In this role you will be working in a well-established kitchen and will be responsible for smooth running service throughout the week.

Pay: 11.44ph working 10:00 to 13:00 Monday to Friday starting in January 2025 .

This role is being offered as an ongoing, long term temporary position.

You must have a valid in date Enhanced DBS certificate, or be prepared to apply for one

Due to the location of some of the site, car driver is preferred
