Key Operative - Nights

Apply today to work as a Key Operative for our client's site, processing pork meat into gammon for wholesale customers.

Staffline is recruiting for Key Operatives to work Nights in Bugle.

The rate of pay is £18.30 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £27.45 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed night shifts, the hours of work are:
- 10:10pm to 6:40am

Your Time at Work

The day-to-day responsibilities of a line leader include:

- Lead a team of up to 10 people in a specialised area of the site eg injection, meat press, or sealing
- Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Communicate any issues with the appropriate member of the management team
- Loading products into Machinery
- Placing products onto racks
- Moving products around the various process stages

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal line leader has the ability to coach members of their team making use of their proven leadership experience. Strong attention to detail is required to ensure tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy. Line leaders must be comfortable using their own initiative at times.

A conscientious attitude towards health and safety, and the ability to deliver under pressure are traits that we look for in line leaders.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
