- Prepare notices/posters for student notice boards.
- Undertake general administrative work, including, but not limited to, photocopying documents; general typing; preparation of outgoing school mail; assist with the preparation of exeat weekend, half term and end of term mailings.
- Help with the distribution of mail.
- Produce signage and distribute enrichment lists on a daily basis.
- Maintain staff photo board.
- Upload weekly team sheets to parent portal.

- Competent in the use of ICT systems, able to; format, edit share and publish different documents through the use of different applications

- Excellence in customer relations, being able to deal with parents, visitors and other professionals in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
