Our client is looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team in Retford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are winning multiple exciting projects, whilst keeping a strong company culture at the forefront of everything they do.
This role will offer hybrid working and ideally need someone with a strong background in Project Management within an Engineering/Construction environment.
Key Responsibilities of this Mechanical Project Manager position:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
- Maintain and grow client relationships across public and private sectors.
- Develop detailed project plans, forecasts, and reports.
- Lead Health & Safety and risk planning initiatives.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings across the UK
Key Skills and Experience needed for this Mechanical Project Manager position:
- Confident communicator and skilled leader, able to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with commercial awareness.
- Proven experience in M&E project management (3-5 years desirable).
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and contract management.
- Engineering or project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2) beneficial.
