Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team in Retford.
The role requires a strong background in Project Management within an Engineering or Construction capacity, with 3 to 5 years of experience preferred.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end project delivery, maintaining client relationships, and leading Health & Safety initiatives.
The salary for this position ranges from £50,000 to £55,000, along with benefits such as 25 days of vacation plus bank holidays and hybrid working options.

This role will offer hybrid working and ideally need someone with a strong background in Project Management within an Engineering/Construction capacity.

Key Responsibilities of this Project Manager position:

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
Maintain and grow client relationships across public and private sectors.
Develop detailed project plans, forecasts, and reports.
Lead Health & Safety and risk planning initiatives.
Conduct site visits and customer meetings across the UK

Key Skills and Experience needed for this Project Manager position:

Confident communicator and skilled leader, able to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with commercial awareness.
Proven experience in M&E project management (3-5 years desirable).
Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and contract management.
Engineering or project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2) beneficial.
