We are seeking a talented Commercial Insurance Team Manager to join a leading independent insurance brokerage.
As a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing client relationships, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service alongside mentoring and managing a super-dynamic team- you’ll benefit from working in a supportive environment which offers clear career progression.
Your responsibilities include-
- Taking ownership of and looking after a portfolio of clients.
- Mentor your team members, 1-2-1 support for career progression and development.
- Creating documents, and tending to mid-term adjustments and renewals.
- Obtain renewal terms for customers. Prepare renewal closings from meeting minutes.
- Liaise with clients and insurers, negotiating premiums and terms.
In addition to the proven experience in Commercial insurance products, you will have-
- With strong technical skills and ideally 3-5 years of commercial experience in a broker environment with some team leading or managing experience.
- Experience handling mid-level to large premiums.
- Experience in Acturis (desirable, however, training can be provided)
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
