Finance Business Partner – Retford – Highly Competitive Salary & Benefits Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a market-leading, international business in Retford to assist with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to join their existing Business Partnering team on a permanent full-time basis.This role will see you join a fast-paced rapidly growing business, working with various business units within the specialty division to provide insight into financial performance, aid planning and forecasting, and deliver a strong reporting process.Finance Business Partner Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in close partnership with the Regional Director, Head of Finance for Specialiity and Senior FBP to provide accurate and comprehensive annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
  • Monthly review meetings with Regional Director and budget holders, and main point of contact for your speciality division to support them
  • Annual budgeting for Group central cost base and 3-year business plans
  • Quarterly reforecasting/reporting and liaising with relevant budget holders as necessary
  • Monthly cost reviews to ensure costs in line and any deviations on plan reported
  • Monthly reporting pack on business performance, including variance analysis and commentary highlighting any risks and opportunities
  • Build strong relationships and give financial support to commercial decision making
  • Ad-hoc reporting, analysis and project work
  • Support with the integration of newly acquired businesses
  • Challenge current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible
  • Support with process and reporting development

The ideal candidate will be:
  • Qualified or passed finalist CIMA/ACCA
  • With a proven practical background in a similar commercial, Finance Business Partner role within a fast-paced environment (along with experience in as many of the areas above as possible)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior management
  • An Ambitious, self-starter who can take responsibility and work effectively under pressure
  • Comfortable dealing with and leading through ambiguity and rapid change
  • Collorative and proactive approach 
  • Budgeting and Planning experience as well as monthly reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills
