- Work in close partnership with the Regional Director, Head of Finance for Specialiity and Senior FBPÂ to provide accurate and comprehensive annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
- Monthly review meetings with Regional Director and budget holders, and main point of contact for your speciality division to support them
- Annual budgeting for Group central cost base and 3-year business plans
- Quarterly reforecasting/reporting and liaising with relevant budget holders as necessary
- Monthly cost reviews to ensure costs in line and any deviations on plan reported
- Monthly reporting pack on business performance, including variance analysis and commentary highlighting any risks and opportunities
- Build strong relationships and give financial support to commercial decision making
- Ad-hoc reporting, analysis and project work
- Support with the integration of newly acquired businesses
- Challenge current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible
- Support with process and reporting development

- Qualified or passed finalist CIMA/ACCA
- With a proven practical background in a similar commercial, Finance Business Partner role within a fast-paced environment (along with experience in as many of the areas above as possible)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior management
- An Ambitious, self-starter who can take responsibility and work effectively under pressure
- Comfortable dealing with and leading through ambiguity and rapid change
- Collorative and proactive approachÂ
- Budgeting and Planning experience as well as monthly reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
