A successful regional accountancy firm commutable from Gainsborough, Worksop, Retford and Lincoln are seeking to hire into an important job role in their accounts team, at Semi Senior to Manager. There is flexibility on level and anyone from Junior to Assistant Manager grade can be considered for this job.

This role will be based with the accounts/business services team, but for those that have audit experience, there could be an option to work in blended audit/accounts position.

Job Role:

  • Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
  • Corporation tax computations
  • Bookkeeping for clients, with some involvement in management accounts
  • VAT returns
  • Using cloud software and assisting/enrolling clients on the relevant software
