Finitas has teamed up with a leading insurance broker to recruit a Deputy Head - IBA Operations. This role will be responsible for managing the Retail IBA Operations Team to deliver outstanding service while ensuring compliance with FCA CASS regulations and maintaining efficient operations across board.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the IBA Operations Head and senior managers to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversee debt collection and settlement from clients, insurers, and third parties.
  • Ensure smooth premium finance operations, minimizing delays and queries.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.

Requirements:

  • Experience with broking systems (e.g., Acturis, Websure, SSP).
  • Accounting qualification and proven people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of FCA CASS regulations.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to challenge processes to drive improvement.
