Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as an HCA in a care home setting is preferred
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)
- Work authorization for the UK required
- A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.)
- Assist residents in maintaining their independence and well-being
- Work closely with care teams and follow individual care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding are followed
Schedule:
- Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Day, night, and weekend availability
- Holidays and weekday shifts available
