We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEMH school in Doncaster, catering to pupils aged 6 to 16 with diverse special educational needs, primarily focusing on SEMH, Autism, and ADHD. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to the most vulnerable children in our society.

The school is looking to take on a passionate SEMH Teaching Assistant with experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs.  The successful SEMH Teaching Assistant will take pride in giving meaningful choices to children and young adults with a variety of learning needs with a focus on SEMH, empowering them to be happy and make their way in the world.

The successful SEMH will have:

  • Team Teach level 2 certification
  • Extensive experience in working with SEMH
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children Responsibilities
