Reed Business Support are delighted to be supporting a highly reputable organisation in their search for a Benefits Administrator working with the HR function. This role would be perfect for an individual with prior HR experience, especially an individual who had worked with in developing benefits packages and employee benefits previously.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Benefits administration including monthly PMI and cash plan deductions on payroll. Including auto-enrolment and amendments to contributions.
  • Updating and maintaining employee information in relation to benefits including changes in salaries and name changes.
  • Liaising with talent acquisition
  • Project planning of yearly benefits roll out. Working with third party stakeholders to acquire new benefits for our employees.

Requirements

  • The candidate should have excellent questioning and listening skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Highly organised and strong administrative skills with ability to prioritise own workloads and work to deadlines
  • IT Literate - MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using Workday would be desirable
