Reed Business Support are delighted to be supporting a highly reputable organisation in their search for a HR Administrator on an initial temporary basis but with potential of a permanent position becoming in the near future. This role would be perfect for an individual with prior HR experience or someone hungry to break into the Human Resources space.

Main Duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for handling all People Services queries and administration (alongside other members of the People team).
  • Work in line with SLA’s set to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Carry out all new starter administration, including offer letters, contracts and set up on the People system (Workday). Complete relevant tasks assigned in Workday to ensure processes are signed off in a timely manner.
  • Issuing of all onboarding information to new starters and associated administrative processes via Workday.
  • Maintain employee files / records associated with Workday, ensuring that these meet Company, legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Administration of company benefits via Workday and ensuring details are passed to the People Benefits Coordinator for action and tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for any changes of benefit / status, including timely and accurate liaison with the payroll services team, and the production / issuing of variation to contract letters.
  • Be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of data on Workday.

You'll be perfect if:

  • Have or are willing to work towards CIPD Level 3
  • Organised approach with ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Experience of Workday (desirable)

This role is a full-time temporary position. Working hours are 8:30 - 5. Monday to Friday

Pay rate: £13.85 per hour
