Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively to support with the recruitment of 2 x People Services Administrators to start ASAP. They have recently implemented a new system, Workday so would ideally be looking for someone who has knowledge of this database.Salary - £25k per annumLocation - RetfordDuration -Ongoing temp - potential to go permanentHybrid working - one day a week in the office after training is completed

Main Duties will include:

  • Be part of a team who are the first point of contact for handling all People Services queries and administration
  • Carry out all new starter administration, including offer letters, contracts and set up on the People system
  • Issuing of all onboarding information to new starters
  • Maintain employee files / records associated with personal records, ensuring that these meet Company, legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with the Payroll Services team regarding the notification of new starters, leavers, and variations to contract, in accordance with monthly payroll deadlines, and generating any associated individual correspondence.
  • Be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of data on the People system (Workday).
  • Process Flexible working requests
  • Manage the HR ticket system
  • Process references for ex workers

As a People Services Administrator or HR administrator you must have:

  • Efficient administrator with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organised approach with ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Experience of working within a similar role
