- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of the Workday system, ensuring accurate data management and system functionality.
- Support the HRIS team in processing system updates, testing new features, and implementing changes as needed.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve user issues, escalating more complex issues to senior team members or external partners.
- Input, verify, and maintain HR data within Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support HR teams in data analysis, providing insights into HR metrics and trends.
- Assist with data cleansing and audits to ensure consistency and compliance with data governance standards.
- Provide first-line support to end-users, assisting them with system queries and guiding them through HRIS functionalities.
- Participate in training sessions to help HR and business users learn how to use Workday effectively, contributing to the development of user guides and training materials.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding system usage, escalating issues as necessary for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to identify opportunities for system improvements, user experience enhancements, and process automation.
- Participate in testing and validation of new system functionalities and enhancements, providing feedback to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Support the documentation of system changes, updates, and user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of HRIS processes.
- Some experience in HR, either through an internship, part-time role, or entry-level position, is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices, with an interest in HR systems and data management.
- Experience with HRIS systems (such as Workday) is desirable; a willingness to learn and engage with HR technology is essential.
- Strong ability to handle and input data accurately, with a commitment to maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Basic analytical skills, with a willingness to learn how to interpret HR data and generate insights.
- Comfortable with technology, with an eagerness to learn new systems and tools, including HRIS platforms like Workday.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and support colleagues across different regions.
- Proactive and willing to engage in problem-solving, with a curious mindset and a desire to improve system processes.
- A strong desire to build a career in HRIS, with an enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills.
