The Junior HRIS Analyst will play a vital support role in the ongoing management and enhancement of the company’s HR systems, including Workday. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is passionate about HR and interested in exploring HR technology. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with HR systems, develop technical skills, and understand HR processes in a global organisation. All necessary training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate can contribute effectively to the team and grow their career in HRIS.As part of the HR Systems team, the Junior HRIS Analyst will assist with data management, system updates, troubleshooting, and user support. The role will involve collaborating with HR teams across multiple regions to ensure the system meets the needs of the business and is optimised for a seamless user experience. Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in the maintenance and configuration of the Workday system, ensuring accurate data management and system functionality.
  • Support the HRIS team in processing system updates, testing new features, and implementing changes as needed.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve user issues, escalating more complex issues to senior team members or external partners.
  • Input, verify, and maintain HR data within Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support HR teams in data analysis, providing insights into HR metrics and trends.
  • Assist with data cleansing and audits to ensure consistency and compliance with data governance standards.
  • Provide first-line support to end-users, assisting them with system queries and guiding them through HRIS functionalities.
  • Participate in training sessions to help HR and business users learn how to use Workday effectively, contributing to the development of user guides and training materials.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding system usage, escalating issues as necessary for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to identify opportunities for system improvements, user experience enhancements, and process automation.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new system functionalities and enhancements, providing feedback to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Support the documentation of system changes, updates, and user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of HRIS processes.
Skills & Experience:
  • Some experience in HR, either through an internship, part-time role, or entry-level position, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and practices, with an interest in HR systems and data management.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (such as Workday) is desirable; a willingness to learn and engage with HR technology is essential.
  • Strong ability to handle and input data accurately, with a commitment to maintaining data quality and integrity.
  • Basic analytical skills, with a willingness to learn how to interpret HR data and generate insights.
  • Comfortable with technology, with an eagerness to learn new systems and tools, including HRIS platforms like Workday.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and support colleagues across different regions.
  • Proactive and willing to engage in problem-solving, with a curious mindset and a desire to improve system processes.
