Role: 1st Line IT Support Engineer aka IT Service Desk Engineer, IT Support Engineer, IT Service Desk Analyst, 2nd Line Support Engineer, 1st Line Support Engineer, Desktop Support

What you will bring to the table:

You will be joining a highly knowledgeable team of individuals, giving you that opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and increase your skill set. Whilst we are keen for you to learn on the job, it would be great if you had previous experience in a similar 1st Line or IT Service Desk role. We understand that all companies use different technologies and are therefore not expecting you to tick all the boxes but experience with any of the following would be great. Experience of working with Servers, Telephony systems, Network technologies (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi), operating systems, office software & applications. Please note, for one of the roles we are happy to bring someone more junior in who is looking to kick start their career in IT.
