We are aSEN school located just outside of Doncaster, who are looking to recruit passionate Teachers from January who are experienced at working within SEN settings supporting students with ASC, ADHD, MLD and other learning difficulties aged 3 - 19.

You will bring your own expertise able to lead on the teaching of your chosen subject field; able to work with students from primary age groups through to secondary, understanding that the needs of every child are unique and able to differentiate for this while upholding clearly defined learning objectives.

The school boasts a multi-disciplinary support team including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists who work closely with the teaching team & support staff to create personalised pathways for each student that are rounded in learning & therapeutic outcomes.

The school are going through an exciting phase of development. Combined with a strong and supportive senior leadership team they are looking for like minded qualified teachers to increase the standards of teaching & learning who are equally able to reach the learners and challenge young enquiring minds; in turn, providing the best possible foundation for students to live independently in the future.

Requirements:

  • To hold QTS or QTLS
  • Have recent relevant teaching experience in a SEN setting (ASC)
  • Understand the challenges/rewards associated with working in a SEN setting
  • Be able to provide references that speak to the high teaching standards you uphold.
