Key Responsibilities:- Lead on all SENDCO duties, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Provide targeted support for 10 pupils with varying needs, ensuring their education and training plans meet high standards.
- Develop and monitor EHCPs, ensuring compliance with SEND legislation.
- Create an inclusive learning environment within a small, close-knit school community.
- A qualified teacher with SENDCO accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven experience in supporting SEND pupils within primary education.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A passion for enhancing education and training opportunities for children with additional needs.
- Have or be willing to process an enhanced DBS certificate.
