An experienced Field Sales Representative with at least 1 year of experience in direct sales is needed to join the team at this rapidly growing energy consultancy making waves in the ECO4 Energy Efficiency sector based in Powys, Wales on a full-time basis.
Their sales team uses a custom mobile application to prospect properties that qualify for the Government-Backed ECO4 Scheme. Qualifying households can receive free energy efficiency funding to reduce their energy bills and decarbonise their homes with renewable heating technologies and solar panels.
This role will be mainly on the road, and the successful candidate will preferably reside in Powys.
This role offers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £75,000 for year 1 and £120,000 for year 2.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use their mobile app to find homes that are eligible for the ECO4 Scheme
- Make cold calls to homes each day
- Keep on top of your own KPIs in the sales app to hit your targets each week
- Build relationships with property portfolio owners to strengthen your pipeline further
Required Experience:
- Cold calling: 1 year
- Have at least one year's experience in direct sales
- Have a full UK Driver's Licence
Required Skills:
- Be fluent in the Welsh Language (preferred but not required)
- Be determined and confident, ready to generate 3-5 new customers every week
- Be motivated to work independently and travel throughout their designated area in Powys, Wales
- Have a high level of organisation and a proficient ability to complete daily computer admin tasks
