MEICA Site Manager

• • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and the site workforce.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with other project stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and procurement teams.

MEICA Documentation:

• • Prepare and maintain comprehensive MEICA project documentation.
  • Document progress, issues, and any changes during project execution.
  • Support the overall project delivery by ensuring accurate records are kept.

Quality Assurance:

• • Monitor the quality of MEICA works on-site.
  • Conduct inspections and address any non-conformities promptly.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance.

Budget and Schedule Management:

• • Assist in developing project schedules and resource plans.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed.
  • Manage costs within budget constraints.

Stakeholder Communication:

• • Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or HND/HNC in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering).
• Proven experience in managing MEICA aspects of water infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
