- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and the site workforce.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with other project stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and procurement teams.
MEICA Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive MEICA project documentation.
- Document progress, issues, and any changes during project execution.
- Support the overall project delivery by ensuring accurate records are kept.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor the quality of MEICA works on-site.
- Conduct inspections and address any non-conformities promptly.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance.
Budget and Schedule Management:
- Assist in developing project schedules and resource plans.
- Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage costs within budget constraints.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or HND/HNC in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering).
- Proven experience in managing MEICA aspects of water infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
