Sonic Summary

Our client is expanding their Production facility and is seeking experienced General Production Operatives.
Candidates should have prior experience in a fast-paced or food environment and be comfortable with 12-hour shifts, working Monday to Thursday with occasional weekends.
A strong time and attendance record is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; food certification is a plus.
The pay structure includes extra compensation for hours worked beyond 48 hours, and after 12 weeks of permanent employment, a 28% shift premium will be added.
The job offers a competitive salary, although the specific amount is not detailed, and requires previous experience in a relevant field.

The ideal candidates will:

Have previous experience of working in a fast-paced or food environment.
Familiar with working 12 hour days and nights | Monday to Thursday | Occasional weekends.
Be able to demonstrate superb time | attendance record.
Be enthusiastic and have experience of both working independently and as part of a team.
Any food certification would be advantageous.

The hours of work vary depending on the department:

Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm | Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am
Extra pay should you work more than the 48hrs.
Sometimes we get Friday day and Friday Night.

Once taken on Perm there after 12 weeks there will be a 28% shift premium add to your pay.
