Our client in Bodelwyddan is expanding its production capacity and is seeking experienced General Production Operatives.
Candidates should have previous experience in a fast-paced or food environment and be able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and occasional weekends.
A strong time and attendance record is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Food certification is advantageous, and once permanent after 12 weeks, a 28% shift premium will be added to the pay.

The ideal candidates will:

Have previous experience of working in a fast-paced or food environment.
Familiar with working 12 hour days and nights | Monday to Thursday | Occasional weekends.
Be able to demonstrate superb time | attendance record.
Be enthusiastic and have experience of both working independently and as part of a team.
Any food certification would be advantageous.

The hours of work vary depending on the department:

Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm | Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am
Extra pay should you work more than the 48hrs.

Once taken on Perm there after 12 weeks there will be a 28% shift premium add to your pay.

****We also have cleaning roles 6am to 2pm. Monday to Friday. Must have previous cleaning experience.
