Are you an Export Administrator or similar, looking for a permanent, Monday to Friday role with a well-established healthcare manufacturer / distributor who prioritise their staff, offer future opportunities to progress and a consistent workflow ensuring a stable future?
On offer is the opportunity to join a group of medical companies, who are undertaking a massive period of growth. The company provide medical mobility equipment for both domestic and commercial clients, these include stairlifts, hoists, slings and other crucial devices.
You will be the central point of contact for all export queries, managing quotations, processing orders, shipping administration and back office support. You will engage with both customers and internal departments to provide an excellent service and ensure standards are upheld.
This role would suit an Export Administrator or similar, looking for a permanent role, where you will be responsible for a key element of the business within a company who make a difference and prioritise their staff.
The Role:
- Central point of contact for Export enquiries
- Quote and Order Processing
- Manage EU invoice process in line with regulations
- Shipping administration / back office support
The Person:
- Export Administrator or similar
- Background in Customer Service
- Commutable to Rhyl
