About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to patients within the Escalation Unit.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a diverse range of patients with varying needs.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the unit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development.

About You:

  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse.
