They are looking to recruit a Finishing Manager to work on the fit out of a hotel in the North Wales area on a freelance or permanent contract.

Duties to include:

  • Completing site inductions
  • Working with trades and subcontractors to ensure a tidy completion of works
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
  • Quality inspections / snagging
  • Ensure work is being completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS Card
