Sonic Summary

Fawkes and Reece are seeking a freelance Site Manager for a 10-week project starting in mid-April.
The role involves overseeing the fit-out of a commercial gym, managing daily meetings, and reporting to senior management.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Manager position and possess relevant certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
The compensation is flexible as a day or hourly rate, with weekly payments on Fridays.

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager for a project starting mid April. This will be a 10 week project, start to finish.

The Role

The project is a Fit Out of a commercial gym.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
Record onsite progress and lookaheads
Report into Senior Management
Follow H&S guidelines
Manage subcontractors and trades on site

Required Qualifications/Experience

Experience working on fast track fit out projects, preferably experience of working on commercial gyms
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
