In the HR Business Partner role, you will be:

  • Overseeing HR functions and managing HR processes across sites with a workforce of over 400 talented individuals
  • Collaborating with leaders and managers, providing strategic advice, and performance support, including coaching, career development and disciplinary actions.
  • Conducting weekly meetings with individual departments and teams, ensuring that HR remains connected to organisational operations and can proactively address issues or opportunities that arise.
  • Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring compliance.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues ensuring thorough, and objective investigations are undertaken.
  • Providing other HR related duties as and when required.

To be successful in the HR Business Partner job, you will need:

  • A depth of HR experience (minimum of 5 years’ experience).
  • Relevant HR Qualification - CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives and achieve business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Ability to learn and navigate the company’s hierarchy and HR practices quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
