Assistant Accountant - 40-50k - Hybrid - Full time or Part time
An independent PR agency based near Richmond are seeking a assistant accountant to join their team. Reporting directly into a part time Finance Director this is a great opportunity to join a small tight knit team and gain all round exposure.
This is a permanent opportunity with hybrid working / Full time or Part time (4 days)
Assistant Accountant - The Role
- Assisting with month end by analyssi of spend against budget
- Revenue analysis
- Cashflow forecasting
- Partnering with non finance individuals to help guide them in relation to finance procedures
- Management of purchase and sales ledger
- Ownership of timesheets
- Assisting with the audit
Assistant Accountant - The Person
- Part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or Qualified by Experience
- Strong double entry bookkeeping knowledge is essential
- Understanding of revenue / WIP would be ideal
- Previous use of the finance system paprika is highly preferential
