Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders
  • Overseeing and managing order flow
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the office

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident and professional when dealing with customers
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
