Global Assistant Brand Manager

12 Month FTC - Immediate Start

London - Hybrid

The Advocate Group is partnered with a Global Spirits Business, looking for a Global Assistant Brand Manager with multi market experience in FMCG. Joining on a 12 month FTC, this is great opportunity to make your mark on a well known brand and be apart of a business with exciting growth ambitions.

The Role:

  • Assist in creating annual brand plans and activations to meet sales and consumer targets.
  • Deliver high-quality toolkits, guidelines, and assets on time and within budget.
  • Partner with local teams to adapt global strategies into actionable local plans.
  • Lead asset creation for digital campaigns and support the digital agenda.
  • Collaborate on merchandising and gifting initiatives to drive profitability and engagement.
  • Utilize consumer insights to inform creative development and market strategies.

The Person:

  • Marketing experience in FMCG, ideally in premium beverages.
  • Strong project management skills and an understanding of brand strategy.
  • Proficient in digital marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
